These dimensions are listed in developmental order, but the order is not a ranking. No dimension makes a person more or less spiritually worthy. Each one may be active, developing, integrated, or asking for attention at the same time.
Survival Awareness
Safety, stability, and immediate-needs focus.
This dimension explores the presence of safety, stability, immediate-needs focus, and survival activation. A strong focus here is not a sign of low awareness — it often reflects a season where a great deal of your energy is being asked for by real circumstances.
Reactive Awareness
Emotional triggers and the pause between feeling and response.
This dimension explores both emotional reactivity and your awareness of it. Emotional reactions are human. What this reflects is how much space you are currently able to create between what happens and how you choose to respond.
Pattern Awareness
Noticing what repeats and why.
Your ability to notice recurring patterns in relationships, choices, and emotions — and to consider your own part in them with curiosity rather than blame.
Self-Awareness
Inner dialogue, feeling, and motivation.
Your ongoing attention to the thoughts, emotions, and motivations moving beneath your daily choices.
Responsibility Awareness
Agency, boundaries, and what is truly yours to carry.
Recognizing what you can influence and what you cannot. Personal responsibility never means you caused or deserved circumstances outside of your control.
Healing Awareness
Meeting the past with compassion.
Your willingness to gently explore how past experiences shape the present, and to approach your own history with compassion rather than judgment.
Authentic Awareness
Knowing and expressing what is true for you.
A growing clarity about what genuinely matters to you, and a growing willingness to let your choices reflect it.
Purpose Awareness
Meaning, contribution, and direction.
Your sense of what gives life meaning, and how your gifts and experiences might contribute to something beyond yourself.
Intuitive Awareness
Inner signals held with discernment.
Attention to quiet inner guidance, balanced with reflection and discernment. Intuition is listened to, not treated as infallible.
Interconnected Awareness
Connection, compassion, and shared wellbeing.
Awareness of how your choices touch others, and a felt sense of connection to community, nature, humanity, God, or something larger than yourself.
Integrated Awareness
Insight lived consistently.
The degree to which your everyday choices reflect the values you hold — especially when circumstances become challenging.
Conscious Creation
Intention translated into aligned action.
Intentionally shaping the next season of your life through practical action, while accepting that not everything is within your control.
